Since you have, though, I shall rewrite the distribution plan.

$250k for investments, the interest of which will be used to fund education outreach in District-X.
$250K for investments, the interest of which will be used to help in upgrading infrastructure in District-X.
$250k for investments, the interest of which will be used to fund mutant-owned start-ups and/or current businesses in District-X.
$250k to begin a scholarship that will be used to help fund higher education for teenagers from District-X.

If you took that offer down to a table at the community with real staff and an outreach program in District-X, you could do a tremendous amount of good; buy out properties from investors and turn them into tenant owned co-ops, give small businesses their own locations in the area free of rent, establish scholarship programs for a lot of kids and teens, especially those who struggle with visible mutations or ones which require accessibility accommodations, and establish a community based health care programs for thousands who due to their mutations are locked out of existing insurance due to laws that have not caught up with their needs.

I know this was a funny, ask the rich guy for dumb shit post, but we live in a secure mansion with all of our needs met. There are more fucking luxury cars and bikes in that garage than a Lexus showroom. You want to play Daddy Warren so people will kiss the ring, at least focus on the people who need it a fuck of a lot more than us.

If you'd like to donate $10M, I most certainly wouldn't say no. I do, however, understand that, as you mentioned to Kyle, $10M would be more difficult to justify. Though you could make it an annual, tax deductible contribution to the Xavier Institute.

I am no where near the best point man for this, but I'd suggest asking now the people directly involved in the community and aligned with the needs to put together a working group. Come on, Warren. My MBA might be 50 years older than yours, but we both know how to engage SMEs and Project Managers in order to form a working group.

In short, if you have skills and contacts aligned with this idea for Warren, it's time to speak up.

I think breaking it into manageable projects using some of the resources WI already has would be prudent. More cost-efficient. I'm trying to really bolster our philanthropic contributions so this would work.
