If you took that offer down to a table at the community with real staff and an outreach program in District-X, you could do a tremendous amount of good; buy out properties from investors and turn them into tenant owned co-ops, give small businesses their own locations in the area free of rent, establish scholarship programs for a lot of kids and teens, especially those who struggle with visible mutations or ones which require accessibility accommodations, and establish a community based health care programs for thousands who due to their mutations are locked out of existing insurance due to laws that have not caught up with their needs.

I know this was a funny, ask the rich guy for dumb shit post, but we live in a secure mansion with all of our needs met.
