Wanted: Hardworking, trustworthy indivdiuals...

So the opposite of most people in my employ.

Hope keeps telling me she isn't responsible for everything I ask her to do which I think is ridiculous but since I'm a good employer, I will have to listen to her so she doesn't quit.

What does this mean? It means that I'm turning into a philanthropist and need to start my own charitable donations in a way that won't be argued against or used as a political ploy. Fuck politics, I'm tired of it all. I want people who will do what I ask, who will argue against me when need be but ultimately, who actually care. I find sincerity and integrity go a long way, and it's easier for me to listen to 'You're wrong, Warren' when the person actually knows what they're talking about and/or have the right passion behind it.

So.

Apply here. I'll have to do some interviews I suppose, and Hope will continue to help build up my charity but I like the thought of "Warren Cares" as a name. It conveys everything I want and tells absolutely nothing at the same time.

And if you're afraid you don't have any qualifications, I used to employ Miles and Maya a loooong time ago when they were yae high and barely had experience. And now look at them. *sniff sniff*

Cassidy-Rouke.

And while I appreciate your willingness to tell the rest of the world they can feck right off, it's best you don't do it with my name attached. I've enough notoriety in the city for my work in District-X as it is.

Support well building in Africa, set up food banks and trade schools here in the United States, encourage garden growing on rooftops in the city. And lead by example. Also, Kyle wasn't wrong about those boats in Baltimore. See if you can't do something about the Pacific trash continent.

And you'll always need fundraising so others can feel warm and fuzzy about your passions. Because that's what they need to be. Besides, independently wealthy you might be, but there's only so much eating into your principal that can be done before it begins to deplete.

Aye, and you'll never get a taste.

You're not the one feeling warm and fuzzy. You're the one standing there looking like you know what you're doing. Also, possibly giving a speech about how deeply you care about ensuring the world is better off after you leave it than it was when you found it. We'll work in letting you use the big scissors for a grand opening of something.

I'll send you my usual contract to look over. It's essentially when I've agreed upon with Muir and the Xavier Institute.
